Returns & refunds

If your device has a manufacturing defect or stops working, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective devices is free.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Malfunctions under normal use

What's not covered

• A change of mind, or a device that works as described
• Damage from misuse, drops, liquid or unauthorized repair

How to return

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +20 100 679 1305 within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
2. We'll confirm the return and collect the device from you at no cost.
3. Once we receive and check the device, we refund you by InstaPay transfer.

After the 14-day return window, your 1-year warranty still applies: contact us and we'll repair or replace the device under warranty.
