Does it need a subscription?
No. The free Starter plan gives you 300 AI transcription minutes every month. Paid plans with more minutes are optional and come from PLAUD.
Can it record phone calls?
Yes. Attach it to the back of your phone and it switches to call-recording mode automatically.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Arabic is one of the 112 supported transcription languages.
Do I need my phone nearby while recording?
No. It records on its own and stores audio on its 64 GB memory; you sync to the app afterwards.
