If your device has a manufacturing defect or stops working, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective devices is free.

- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctions under normal use
What's not covered
- A change of mind, or a device that works as described
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquid or unauthorized repair
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +20 100 679 1305 within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue.
- We'll confirm the return and collect the device from you at no cost.
- Once we receive and check the device, we refund you by InstaPay transfer.
After the 14-day return window, your 1-year warranty still applies: contact us and we'll repair or replace the device under warranty.
