Where does Maticron deliver, and is shipping free?
Maticron delivers to every governorate in Egypt, and shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock items are delivered within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Pre-order items arrive within 7–10 working days, with no deposit — you pay the same way as any other order.
How do I pay?
Orders up to 10,000 EGP are cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your package arrives. Orders above 10,000 EGP are paid by InstaPay transfer; send the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp and we ship once it's confirmed.
Can I return a device?
Yes. If a device has a manufacturing defect or a malfunction, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective devices is free, and we refund you by InstaPay. Returns policy
Is there a warranty?
Every device comes with a 1-year warranty, handled by Maticron in Egypt. Keep your order number — that's all you need.
Do Amazon Echo (Alexa) devices work in Egypt? Does Alexa speak Arabic?
Yes. Echo devices work in Egypt over Wi-Fi with a free Amazon account and the Alexa app. Alexa supports Arabic (Gulf dialect) and English, so some Egyptian-dialect phrases may not be recognised — we help you set it up on WhatsApp.
Which Amazon Echo should I buy?
- Echo Dot (5th Gen) — the easiest way to start: a compact smart speaker for music, timers and voice control.
- Echo Spot — a smart alarm clock for the bedside, with no camera.
- Echo Show 5 — a small smart display for the bedside: clock, video calls and smart home control.
- Echo Show 8 — a kitchen or living-room display for video calls and recipes, with a built-in smart home hub.
- Echo Hub — a wall-mounted control panel to run the whole smart home from one screen.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Companies, shops and technicians get tiered prices on bulk orders. Request a wholesale quote and we reply within one working day.

كل جهاز عليه ضمان سنة، بنتعامل معاه بنفسنا في مصر.
